The author is currently focusing on growing their digital marketing agency, Kaleidico, particularly in the area of Revenue Operations. They have also created a strategic advisory group to assist start-ups and growth-phase companies in Fintech. The author is also interested in speaking and workshop opportunities, particularly on topics of marketing, sales, and work-life balance. Writing is another area of interest, with plans to write books on UX design, SEO, content creation, and personal philosophy. Outside of work, the author enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and participating in church projects.

I’ve always been curious and inspired by human behavior and what influences that behavior. I fuel this fascination with my work in online lead generation for clients, but probably began in earnest during my time in the Air Force and later as a contractor working in counterintelligence.
This concept drives my favorite work projects.
Over the past 15 years, and really within the last two years, I have grown Kaleidico into a multi-million dollar digital marketing agency.
We have met this goal by niching down and selling our expertise as a lead generation agency for mortgage lenders and law firms - designing websites and digital marketing campaigns that consistently and predictably generate sales leads.
My current focus is on scaling our Revenue Operations. I am building out an increasingly sophisticated lead generation program and sales operation, while assisting in the creation of a repeatable and consistent, performance-focused service delivery system.
With over 30 years of creating, growing, and selling companies, I have created a strategic advisory group.
The express purpose of this firm is to engage with start-ups and growth-phase companies in Fintech who need a fractional CMO/CRO/CEO to bring proven lead generation and sales operations strategies to their Revenue Operations.
